Bob Jones started Quality Transmission Service in July, 1977, after serving in the USAF for 10 years as an F-4 fighter pilot with 2 tours in Vietnam and flight instructing at Luke AFB in the early 70′s.

Bob is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

Greg Ice, manager, has joined the Quality Transmission Team in March of 2011.  Greg brings 28 years of transmission shop management and customer skills to us.  Greg graduated from Rogue River High School  in Rogue River, Oregon in 1976.  He served 3 years in the US Army from ’76 – ’79 and received an Associate of Science Degree from Rogue Community College in Grants Pass, Oregon in ’82.

Steve Fullmer, Head Builder and Assistant Manager at Quality Transmission

Head Builder and Assisant Manager

Steve Fullmer, Head Builder and Assisant Manager, was in charge of the operation of Quality Transmission Service from February ’97 until March ’11 when he was asked to return to his building position.  Until his move to shop manager, he was the main transmission re-builder since joining the company in July, 1980.  His friendly demeanor, consistency, and technical expertise make him a valuable asset to the company.

Steve is a graduate of Denver Automotive College.

Steve also teaches transmission courses at Gateway Community College in Phoenix and Mesa Community College in Mesa.

James Siroonian, builder, joined Quality Transmission in April, 2010.  He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as evidenced by the conscientious way he approaches each job.

James started in the transmission business back in 1985.

Diagnostics R&R Tech

Woody Woodward, joined Quality Transmission after working in the transmission industry since 1987.  His vast experience with diagnostics will be a big asset to our company.

Woody has quickly fit in with the rest of the members of out team and shows a high quality of workmanship.

 Curtiss Mayhugh, R&R Tech, Quality Transmission

Curtiss Mayhugh

R&R Tech

Curtiss came to Quality Transmission in July of 2011.  He was a stock car racer for 10 years back in Kansas, and his career of working on cars began in 1996.  Curtiss came to Arizona to escape the snow.

According to Curtiss, “People here work hard to provide customers with a quality job.  I hope we can do the same for you with the same quality job others get from us!”
